Shipping & Returns Shipping Agents: In Germany normally we ship via UPS, not the cheapest but we think the fastest and best provider. For EU and International orders we ship via the Germany Post AG, they offer the best international service for our clients. All shipments are shipped via registered and insured post. Insurance: All shipments will be insured up to a value of Euro 500. The cost of the insurance is paid by team Bonesmasher. Shipping Cost Deutschland: Flat rate of Euro 5,95. For COD shipment add an extra Euro 5,80. Receive free shipping with an order value of 99 Euros or higher. Shipping cost EU: Flat rate Euro 5,95. No COD shipment is possible. Receive free shipping with an order value of 99 Euros or higher. Shipping rest of the World (USA/Japan etc): Per item charged will be calculated during order process No COD shipment is possible. Receive free shipping with an order value of 99 Euros or higher. Returns: Returns can be made within 14 days after arrival of purchase. For returns we charge Euro 5,95 for German orders and Euro 14 for none German orders to cover our shipping costs. For exchanges for other Bonesmasher goods there is no charge. Any special request shipping by the customer, e.g. Worldwide Express, will not be refundable. We will exchange shirts for different sizes of course for free.
